Twinwall UV protected Polycarbonate Twinwall Sheeting is warranted by the Manufacturer for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, the light transmission tested by ASTM 1003-77 will remain within 93% of the original, and any change in the yellowness index from the original will be less than 10 delta units tested by ASTM D 1925-77.

Twinwall UV protected Polycarbonate Twinwall Sheeting Is warranted by the Manufacturer for a period of five years from the date of original purchase against damage from the impact of hailstones. Puncture of one of the skins will constitute warrantable breakage. Other impact failures are not covered by this warranty.

If Twinwall UV Protected Sheets do not perform as stated during the first 36 months of the warranty period, sheets will be replaced with equivalent new sheets, or at Manufacturer*s option, the original purchase price may be refunded. After 36 months, warranty will be based on a pro-rata schedule based on the 10 year (120 month) warranty above. Twinwall sheets will be supplied under this warranty at a cost of 1/120th per month (of use prior to the claim) of the price in existence at the time when the claim is made. Replacement sheets will conform to current production specifications.

The above is the sole warranty applicable to Twinwall UV Protected Sheets. Any other claims for damage or loss, either direct or Indirect or consequential, whatever the cause thereof, are expressly excluded from this warranty.

The Manufacturer shall make no refund nor supply any replacement sheets unless purchaser agrees to deliver, at purchaser*s expense, all defective, sheets to the Manufacturer or its accredited agent within 30 days of receipt of replacement sheets. Purchaser*s acceptance of any replacement sheets shall create an agreement by purchaser to return all defective sheets. Failure to deliver such defective sheets shall constitute an agreement by purchaser to compensate the Manufacturer for any replacement sheets supplied to purchaser, at the price In effect at the time of the warranty claim.

The cost of removal of defective sheets or installation of replacement sheets will be at the expense of the user of the sheets and the Manufacturer will accept no liability. The Manufacturer shall have no liability for consequential or other loss or damage rebutting from misuse. Improper storage, neglect or misapplication of the product.

This warranty applies to Twinwall UV Protected Sheets which are treated, installed, cleaned and maintained according to manufacturer*s recommendations. It Is important to note that one side of the sheet is identified at the exterior side. This is the protected side and must be installed on the exterior side of the installation for warranty to be in effect.

No warranties are extended on yellowing or loss of light transmission caused by dirt, scratches, breakage or other damage. No warranties are extended on abrasion resistance characteristics of this product. No warranties are extended on the "Anti-Fogtreatment of sheets or its continuing effectiveness at preventing or reducing condensation.

No warranties are extended on any Twinwall sheets that have been formed or molded by vacuum or heat, non-UV Protected Twinwall and polycarbonate profiles. This warranty applies only to Twinwall UV Protected Polycarbonate Twinwall sheets with a minimum thickness of 6 mm.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Greenhouses, etc., at PO BOX 914, Benton City, WA 99320 or to its accredited agent. The sales receipt and warranty must accompany the written claim, and the claimant must certify that the conditions set forth above have been fulfilled and must allow inspection at the installation site.

THE FOREGOING IS THE SOLE WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO TWINWALL UV PROTECTED TWINWALL POLYCARBONATE SHEETING AND IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRI1TEN OR ORAL INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY OTHER CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL WHATEVER THE CAUSE THEREOF, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY. PURCHASER*S SOLE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PURCHASE SHALL BE THE REMEDIES OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PURCHASE.
